But in the end, getting community support helps. I remember reading about at least one study that showed that if people witness others working out, they’re more likely to do so themselves. I never felt bad about having others watch me work out, but I’ve heard other people saying they’d be “embarrassed.” I figure it’s better to see me working out than sitting down regaining weight.
